Rated at 9H, the Duralon Blue coating is extremely strong, with high resistance to abrasion, corrosion, and acid, meaning it won't chip or discolor, and will retain its non-stick properties longer.
Duralon Blue promotes the creation of far infrared radiant heat within the cookware, up to 92% more. This far infrared heat penetrates food from inside and outside, leaving it moist and flavorful.
